Differential GPS
Differential GPS accuracy normally lies between 1 and 10 metres. This type of GPS represents a single position, with corrections applied from multiple, but instant, observations or points.

Epoch Date
This date is normally written in decimal years. It represents the date of validity for published data and coordinates.

Ground Plane
A metal object which is used to deflect unwanted signals from the GPS antenna.

Phase center
