Most lures trick fish into biting by imitating food. The
spinner catches the fishes attention by making noise.
The spinner acts like a fan moving through the water.
A dish shaped piece of metal vibrates when moving through
the water, by moving around a central pin. Weights are located
underneath the dish. This sinks the spinner, and prevents
tangles with the hook. Spinners, more often than not,
have three pronged hooks, hidden by a material, often feathers.
