A society by definition is an organized
group of people coming together for similar
purposes. The reasons for this can be religious, political,
scientific or anything for that matter. This section discusses
events, items and people that make up different societies.
Holidays were originally only special religious
days, but are now widely regarded as any day of rest. Cultures
and religions around the world celebrate holidays. Holidays
are also set by countries or nations, and are not always tied
to a religion.
Politics is simply described as being the process
used by groups of people to make decisions. The first thing
that comes to mind where politics is involved is the government
of countries, but is also seen in other human activity such
as business.
