The Cafe Mocha started in North America, and is
widely unknown in the rest of the world. It is made the same
way as the latte; two thirds steamed milk and one third espresso.
But what makes the cafe mocha distinctive is the shot of chocolate
that is added. It most cases the chocolate is a syrup that
gets mixed into the drink, but it can also be a powder. Many
people make their cafe mocha with whipped cream and
chocolate shavings on top. You can also use white chocolate
to make a white cafe mocha. |
